These terms govern the corporate website, product introductions, static previews, and inquiry features provided by JunleeBuild Co., Ltd. ("JunleeBuild"). A separate product notice, pilot agreement, or paid-service contract takes priority when it applies.

1. Purpose of the site

The site presents JunleeBuild's applied AI products, technical architecture, readiness boundaries, and contact channels. Unless expressly stated, a public page does not complete a purchase, create a product account, or establish a commercial service contract.

2. Product readiness

• Labels such as Technical Beta, Local Beta, and Local Runtime Verified mean only the specific scope described beside them.
• Source implementation or a local build does not prove validation on specific hardware, with an external provider, in a public deployment, or as a commercial release.
• Pilot features, schedule, price, support, and data terms are agreed separately.

3. Acceptable use

• Comply with applicable law and respect privacy, confidentiality, and third-party rights.
• Do not attack, overload, bypass security, or misuse automated access to the site.
• Use only test data and content that you are authorized to provide.
• Review AI output before use and do not delegate legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions to an unverified output.

4. Intellectual property

Rights in the site's software, design, documentation, and JunleeBuild products belong to JunleeBuild or their respective rights holders. Public previews permit limited evaluation only and may not be copied, resold, or embedded in another product without a separate license.

5. Third-party technologies and marks

Third-party names are used only to identify an actual or intended technical integration path. Unless confirmed separately in writing, they do not indicate partnership, certification, endorsement, or program membership. NVIDIA, GeForce RTX, and NVIDIA Maxine are trademarks or registered trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation.

6. Previews, links, and availability

Static previews and synthetic-data screens may not connect to customer data or an operational backend. Third-party sites and providers apply their own terms and privacy notices. Beta products and this site may change as they are developed. To the extent permitted by law, JunleeBuild does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of previews, AI output, or third-party services.

7. Privacy, governing law, and contact

Personal data is handled under the site Privacy Notice and any product-specific notice or agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes follow applicable jurisdiction rules.
