JunleeBuild Co., Ltd. ("JunleeBuild", "we", or "the company") processes only the information needed to operate junleebuild.com, respond to product and pilot inquiries, and support separately agreed beta or commercial engagements. Product-specific notices or contracts take priority when they apply.

1. Information handled by this website

• Name, work email, organization, and message that a visitor chooses to send.
• Basic access and analytics data that may include time, browser, device, IP address, and cookie identifiers.
• Theme and interface preferences stored locally on the visitor's device.

The homepage inquiry form opens the visitor's email application. It does not submit or store the entered form data on a JunleeBuild web server. After an email is sent, the policies of the sender's and recipient's email providers apply.

2. Purposes

• Responding to pilot, partnership, product, and technical inquiries.
• Improving website quality, accessibility, security, and abuse prevention.
• Providing and supporting a separately agreed beta, pilot, or product service.

3. AI products and customer data

This corporate website is not a production upload surface for documents, video, audio, or payment data. If a product pilot requires such data, its processing location, external providers, retention period, local-processing boundary, and confirmation steps will be identified for that product. JunleeBuild does not treat customer data as general-purpose public model training data by default.

4. Service providers

• Website hosting and delivery: Vercel and related deployment infrastructure.
• Website analytics: Google Analytics, when enabled.
• Inquiry handling: the email providers used by the visitor and JunleeBuild.
• Product AI or cloud providers: named in the applicable pilot notice or contract.

5. Retention and rights

Inquiry records are retained only as needed for consultation, contracting, support, and applicable legal duties, then deleted securely. A person may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction by emailing admin@junleebuild.com. Product-pilot data follows the retention and return or deletion process agreed for that pilot.

6. Safeguards and contact

JunleeBuild applies safeguards appropriate to the service, including access control, encrypted transport, credential separation, data minimization, and approval-gated operations.
